     I make all code comply with web standards.  CSS is especially important, so that your website renders correctly in different browsers.  Not all web browsers are css compliant.  I also try to make all of my websites xhtml compliant.  I also try to make all of my XML code compliant, especially for RSS 2.0 Feeds so that they render correctly in RSS readers and on the web.

     I test all websites in multiple web browsers to make sure that all content is correctly rendered.  This is also an important step in making sure that all of your css code is compliant.  Specifically I test in IE7, IE6, Mozilla FireFox 2.0, Netscape, and Opera.
