When designing websites, I focus specifically on the customers needs. I try to make the website as user freindly as possible.
Web Standards
I make all code comply with web standards.
CSS is especially important, so that your website renders correctly in different browsers.
Not all web browsers are css compliant.
I also try to make all of my websites xhtml compliant.
I also try to make all of my XML code compliant, especially for RSS 2.0 Feeds so that they render correctly in RSS readers and on the web.
